"THAT many" people who celebrate Christmas as a positive event, certainl= y. 3. Yes :-). Consider it "seasons greetings". Some have and more may soon follow with a slew of other seasonal greetings or festive allusions* - whether complementary, derivative, orthogonal or antagonistic. As long as they all have the same general base theme it works for me **. * eg Kwanzaa (aka matunda ya kwanza)- "artificial" and very johny-come-lately, but of potential value and meaning nonetheless., Yule, Hogmanay, Saturnalia (with due reservations :-) ) and more. ** Even the notionally antagonistic may - which may not always be what they seem. Note that none of this is "religion" per se - or need not be. It may teeter along the edges thereof if so desired or various may be be irretrievably rooted in some or other religious observations - but the general spirit of the occasions are usually transcendant and/or of such general value as to be safe in the hands of mature adults. Seasons greetings don't kill people. People kill people.
