I don't believe so. BUT, see below - if a NZ accessible component supply octopus can include them there must be US supply house who do too. MOQ may be an issue, but if the pricing:performance is anything like what I see in HK then it's well worth looking at. I had a PCB where an unauthorised (and bizarre) change was made to a PCB (factory no longer used :-) ) and all PCB copper heatsinking was removed from the CETSEMI SOT23 power FET. Thin tracks were used which had about no heat conduction capability. Gate drive voltage was marginal - current was moderately modest (under 500 mA) but I had visions of disaster. The Rdson was so low that the FET never noticed that somebody had stolen its heatsinking. Very acceptable. Russell The people promoting CETSEMI here are Hagemeyer Asia Pacific, who have Soanar as a division, some relationship of unknown to me type with Rexel. Soanar have about 150 brands on their line card http://www.soanar.com/linecard.cfm including eg Atmel, Microchip, NEC, Hitachi, Micrel, Seoul Semi, Vishay, Zilog, Osram, Diodes Inc (incl Zetex),... I don't see CETSEMI listed - but that may be via one of Hagemeyers other li= mbs. --=20 http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
