Hmm, the app note doesn't detail the test gear, that I can see from a
quick shifty through it. But judging by the items on the screen it looks
like a pretty old Tek or HP analyser.

And these units certainly would have a USB port - a vague possibility of
a GPIB port maybe ... if that option was purchased ...
