I just noticed on the direct website that they've a notice saying they're=20 so overwhelmed at the moment they have no support available. That might=20 relate to direct phone calls. Anyhow, I had a brainwave instead of looking= =20 at my orded page, I looked at the actual sales page, where it states stock= =20 available on the 10th. I assume a shipment must have been delayed as they=20 gave me the 24th when I placed the order.
