Both the Eurocircuits and Golf Phoenix boards could be fine quality FR4 but the copper layer on the Gold Phoenix not attached as well. I remember the 2-day boards from AP Circuits having copper like that, it did not like any rework, and even before soldering you could peel it off quite easily.
