The letter was sent by an Australian politician when Robbie told him that the address would work At one stage "Piggy, NZ" would definitely have got to the Prime Minister. "Sir Ed, NZ" to sir Edmund Hillary. Even now "Shadbolt, NZ" would probably get to the mayor of Invercargill, and "Tim Shadbolt, NZ" definietly would.
