I get it, Herbert. I'm just not sure that FedEx differentiates between the=
=20
different types of bills. To the person on the other line, a bill is a bill=
,=20
and if they see an unpaid balance on the account, it is conceivable that=20
eventually they will refuse to accept packages for shipment.
