There is nothing unscrupulous going on as long as you're clear about what you're charging for what product, and the product is delivered and performs as promised. It takes two to make a deal. Unless both the buyer and seller agree it is in their own self interest to make the deal it won't happen. If you think someone is charging a excessive price, don't buy it. If someone does buy it, then obviously it wasn't excessive to them, and the "gouger" was actually providing a service as deemed by the buyer.
