I started off to say "has a very low probability of being genuine" but its' lower than that. Essentially zero. - =A05 to 20 Watts (say) does a very poor job of heating up anything distributed and air cooled. - Pop corn takes a significant time to heat and needs oil or similar to couple the energy well. - Coupling RF to anything well in the environment described is unlikely. - Place same amount of oiled popcorn in a 500W ++ microwave oven on full power with resistive coupling sheet under it. How long does it take to start popping? My 600 mm solar dish will do it :-).
