I need help with this problem: My PC cannot receive serial data sent through a PIC18LF2450 RS-232 to USB = =20 interface. I have a PICDEM PIC18 Explorer Demonstration Board. I am trying to have it send serial data from the PIC18F8722 using the =20 PIC18LF2450 to use USB for sending data to my PC. The firmware on the PIC18F8722 works fine when I use the RS-232 interface = =20 to the PC. But when I use the USB serial interace, PIC18LF2450, the data transmitted from the PIC18F8722 do not make it to the PC. Data sent by the PC to the = =20 PIC18F8722 gets to the PIC18F8722 just fine. The PIC18LF2450 seems to be working enough to show up as a serial port =20 COM3 on Windows Device Manager, when it is connected to a USB port on my PC. But something is wrong, and I can only send data from the PC to the =20 PIC18F8722 using the USB interface, and the PC cannot receive data from the PIC18F8722 using =20 the USB interface. My PC is running Windows 2000, Service Pack 4.
