For some reaso= n,=20 > this never happens with USPS. This doesn't make sense. While I'm sure UPS/Fedex is free to send you a bill, I don't see any reason for you to pay it. Companies will often send a bill out to the other party when the correct party refuses to pay, in the hope that the first party actually pays for something they never had to. I wonder if this is a similar case. Doesn't matter though, USPS is the only choice in my mind.
