There will always be people that buy on up front cost alone and don't think
it thru.  The world is full of cheap people.  For a hobbyist the expense ma=

not be worth it, but for a professional it is downright irresponsible not t=

get a real ICE when it's available for a project.  It's no different than
getting a decent soldering iron, hot air station, set of small tools,
voltmeters, oscilloscopes, magnifiers, lights, good stock of parts, etc.
And if you look at the cost spread out over only a year's worth of jobs,
it's miniscule.
