Via a supplement from December's Elektor I linked to a webpage for Oberon=

7 a Pascal style language for the Philips Arm  processors. Written in=20
collaboration with Niklaus Wirth there is a 441 page pdf on the internal=20
coding for the Oberon 7 RTOS.

Apparently it based on Pascal and Modula-2. It looks very Pascal like but=20
is compartmentalised in what they call safe modules.
