Your email would be stored in a repository with IP/Copy protection. You would have to learn that user-rights means lack of rights. You could only use authorised software and programs to access it. If you installed a demo version or older version of your email program then allyour email files would be deleted and you'd have to remember what they said and resend them to yourself or buy themall again. Looking under the hood would be forbidden. If you saved your emails on some other media you would be in breach of EULA. You should retype all your email again to change media. If your email reader had predefined buttons you could only use some for certain functions. Adding a fire/enter functionality secretly would get you fired. Having your email NOT being evil would be laughably despicable. Reading the EULA may be bad for your health. Your email reader would not support a delete key function and all attempts to right click would show that the mouse button was frozen. Your software would be based on several concepts invented by Rank Xerox almost 40 years ago, but the fact would never get mentioned. Mosaic also would never get mentioned anymore.
