Thanks Mike, for confirming this for me.... Microchip should NOT be
advertising the PICKit 2 as a debugger for that chip... chaps my hide.

I worked on a small project a few months back with a 12F615 (and
appropriate debug header) and found the same issue; PICKit2 was adequate
for programming but I could only debug with the ICD2.
