Funny thing said at work today by the boss's daughter - who amazes me every
time I see her - in the fact that she remembers to breathe as well as
walk...

She was at next to me, watching me demonstrate a web application I have bee=
n
working on for about 11 months...

Daughter (D): so you train people on this?
Me (M): No, I wrote it.
D: you wrote it?
M: yes; that's what I've been doing here since January.
D: Oh, I thought you were a trainer or a technical guy.
M: No, I'm the web systems developer.
D: It looks really good.=20
M: Thank you. <feeling quite proud>
D: So it will work if we start up in France?=20
M: yes, in the same way as we do it in Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Czech
republic and Turkey
D: So it just translates it?
M: No, we get an agency to translate and a local to make sure it makes=20
	Sense and we just paste the translations into here. <shows resource
file with keywords>
D: WOW, Apple got it right this time.
M: ??? Apple ???
D: When they invented the internet.
M: <crying inconsolably into my keyboard> They didn't invent it
D: are you sure?
M: it was invented by an English guy "Tim Berners Lee"
D: well, you're a techy, you should know.=20
D: <pauses>
D: It still looks good, even if it wasn't by apple.
