I have a pile of similar MOSFET transistors which I'd like to check=20
through. They're a mixture of good, dead and marginal. It would be good=20
to test them at up to 1A briefly.

Does anyone have a favourite testing instrument they can recommend?=20
Ideally one that can be automated/logged by a PC. I don't mind inventing=20
my own, but I might buy a good one for our dept rather than indulge in a=20
vanity project.
