Hello list-

Has anyone got a source for small pixel count, small format CMOS
imagers with global shutter?

Aptina is the big name in the game these days but they have nothing
for me (the only ones they have are too small or not in production).

Cypress has some likely parts on the verge of being in production.

Cost target is <$50, 1024x768 minimum resolution, 1/2" optical
format down to 1/3".

Global shutter is a non-negotiable.  Frame rate requirements are
modest- 6fps or better.
