And then what are you going to sue for?  Damages for "pain and suffering"
seem very unlikely.  You might have a good case for getting your money back=
,
but the company has already announced it will refund everyone's payment.
They will also give everyone a free pass for a future cruise.  I don't see
how any likely reasonable lawsuit outcome would exceed that.  That probably
won't keep a few dirtbags with ambulance-chasing attorneys from trying
though.
