The kitchen food prep area has a generator of their own. One for the=20 toilets ( I thought that i read some place that they were without flush=20 toilets). one for medical area. Like Some places are equipped for power outages. Each building has=20 their own emergency. generator unit. In our small city of 7000 I know the following places have a back-up=20 generator. The Police /emergency govt. build, the fire house, one bank, =20 a large grocery store, the hospital, one of the gas stations and several=20 homes.
