It is not an amateur rocket I can assure you that. Launch origin is
approximated to be ON the sea so I suppose this eliminates
amateur-hobbyist-rocket option (submarine etc). Missile goes with a constan=
t
angle so this indicates that it has been launched on purpose and it will no=
t
leave the atmosphere. Eventhoug there are not much references for size
approximation on the video, I would like to say that the size of the missil=
e
is not big, its huge!!

Check out the video details and make an educated guess because it is not
that hard to guess which part of the earth it will land (:
