This IS completely absurd; there is absolutely no defined limit on the
limits a percentage value can take, it's completely arbitrary.  Someone
who is 6' also has 120% the height of the 5' person.  If a factory
produces an item for 20 cents and sells it for $1, they make a 400%
profit.  If you get a new job paying 3 times what your last one did,
then your salary is 200% higher.
