Have partially integrated the PIC-MAXI into the house thanks to all
the great support I have had on the list.

I was about to provide my public IP address for those who may be
interested in remotely accessing the controller and browsing thru the
various pages for providing criticism, turning on the sprinklers or
for those who are simply interested in web based controllers and
giving some idea as to what they are capable of.

However, I am not sure if providing my IP address on such a list is a
good idea as everyone always seems to black out these details when
discussing configs in forums.

I have basically made it publically available anyway as I have a
domain name and the bots are regularly checking out my website and
share it with my colleagues and friends from time to time..

Is this something I should avoid or would the increased risk be minimal.
