A new degree of subtlety and beating :-) !
Insult numerous unspecified people generically for crimes against
humanity of unspecified nature.
Close to brilliant - everyone tends to feel insulted, no complaint can
be made about specific  rudeness by the insulter as the insult and
rudeness is generic, and for bonus points if anyone does complain they
can be told to harden up, get over it, .... thereby achieving
additional insult.  insulting.  Definitely brilliance which has risen
to even greater depths.

My first one seems as simple or simpler. Not as good as wheel based
system as it probably only processes train or carriage leading or
trailing edges.

A substantial school of thought holds that unfettered brain storming
sessions, where anything that comes to mind can be suggested, achieves
very good results, with the apparently hair brain thoughts acting as
mental catalysts for ideas which other wise were unlikely to have been
thought of. End result is more pigs to market, not less.
