The same for shipments to Germany.
But you should not blame Digikey for that. The reason for this inquisition
is the US export and re-export control regulation. Maybe, you should blame
former Bush administration for that ;-)

Go and get your personal UPS account number. And than it works the same way
as Fedex ;-)
