If the battery voltage was 3V, then 100mJ would be a capacity of 10uA hours. There are SMD batteries meant for energy harvestin= g and the like that can do that. However, do you really want a capacitor instead perhaps? 100mJ is 45V on 100uF, or 15V on 1mF, so a 20V 1mF cap would do it. If you start with 20V on 1mF, you only need to discharge it to 14V to get 100mJ out.
