Too small in practice for 100 mJ as voltage must fall to 0. Make it 11V which adds 20%+ to give you some residual bottom end. Around 4 or 5 V at the end which allows a boost or buck converter to be used depending on desired Vout. Maybe make that 12V to add another 15%+ to allow for for converter efficien= cy.
