I am not sure that MC14502x style coding is ideal for Manchester
encoding as it has asymmetrical bit sizes. You could treat each bit as a
series of bits of the shortest bit size though (I am aware of an
application that generates this style of coding using a UART, but there
are some particular combinations that it cannot generate).
