Grossly inefficient and noisy, but cheap and light. I've got a =20
Ranque-Hilsch vortex tube kicking around (provides cold air for spot =20
cooling from compressed air..for various purposes), which is at least =20
as bad.

The vacuum sealer idea is a good one.
