That's a very modest requirement by most > standards. Sounds like you should use an old Weller solder sucker pump, with some sort of tank. I am thinking you may be able to get a gas cylinder at destination to use as a suitable pressure rated tank - think something like a Sodastream CO2 cylinder or small refillable camping stove gas cylinder.
