Sounds like you should use an old Weller solder sucker pump, with some
sort of tank. I am thinking you may be able to get a gas cylinder at
destination to use as a suitable pressure rated tank - think something
like a Sodastream CO2 cylinder or small refillable camping stove gas
cylinder. I would guess the airlines wouldn't be too happy about you
carrying one in your luggage, but a similar small pressure cylinder
obtained at destination should be do-able.
