Veronica,

 This may not be what you want to hear, but when I worked at Texas
Instruments, we used a piece of equipment call a Giant TEM Cell.  It was
basically an RF sealed metal chamber.  It wasn't too expensive if I
recall correctly.  A few thousand dollars or so, maybe $4500.00 to
$5000.00.  Not really cheap, but not that expensive as commercial
equipment goes.  Anyway, you might be able to find one used for about
half that much.
It should take care of your needs.
