For smallest size, the best way is to line the inside with ferrite tiles.
These can be bought from various manufacturers, but you have get sticker
shock, especially after adding up the surface area of even a small chamber.

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, a open field test area may
be adequate, and quite likely much cheaper.
