Hi all. I've done a few projects using the PIC18f4550 to make USB HID devices. I based a lot of my code on the work Brad Minch has made available over at http://pe.ece.olin.edu/ece/projects.html I'm looking at an idea that would require more pins. I could add some I/O expansion and stick with the same chip, but I'm considering moving up to a 64 pin PIC such as the 18f65J50. It's a newer part, and since one of the other bits in my unit are 3.3V only, I thought, why not go 3.3V all the way? So...has anyone come across any tricky bits when moving from the 18f4550 to the 18f65J50 in regards to the USB module? I must admit that I'm not an expert in all of the USB code so any tips as to areas I need to look at would be great. Thanks!
