Digikey says 4.1 cents on 3000 quantity dropping to just over 2 cents near
100k with 81000 in stock *** in SC70 pkg ***.

That's in one flavour, and prices vary by variant, but they seem to have
stock of quite a few types.
Where they quote 1` off price, the prices seem not to similar to the above
 at around 1K for the few I looked at.

How does your  target price compare?
