I suspect they send a batch of 'n' parts to Microchip UK with a list of=20
people who asked for samples. Microchip UK then put them into smaller=20
tubes, bag them in those nice silver ESD bags, chuck them in a Jiffy=20
bag, glue on an address label and hand them to the 'jolly old village=20
postman'.
