Admittedly I haven't ordered samples from Microchip for quite a while (I=20 have thousands in stock) but last time I ordered there was no=20 postage/carriage fee in the UK. I know they were intending to charge for them but I dont think it ever=20 happened. Online samples went "offline" for a few months then came back wit= h=20 no difference on the postage terms.
