FYI: the PIC is on page 3 of the circuit diagram; the ICSP connector is=20 on page 4. One of these days I'll learn to read my emails before I hit=20 send... I'm seeing the PK2 pull MCLR low, then raise it for about 520us, then=20 low for 1.04ms, then high for the remainder. So MCLR is doing=20 *something* at least. Probing the VCORE capacitor with my scope probe gets me a stable reading=20 of about 2.56V. Vcc is 3.28V.
