Several passes of full submersion and letting the water run out, each pass with fresh water, with the last submersion being deionized or even distille= d water would be a good idea. Soap residue is probably as bad as milk. You really really need to get all the soap and milk washed off. If the keyboard doesn't naturally come apart, use unnatural means. Cut it open, clean it thoroughly with a few forced water passes to start.
