I've repaired various tricky things with super glue / epoxy (depending)=20
and then silver paint in  fibre glass tip pen (from Maplin).
I've also manage to superglue fine whiskers of wire across cracked=20
membrane and then solder very quick when dry (too long and plastic=20
melts). I didn't have the silver pain pen then. Which will "connect"=20
components as long as they otherwise are stuck in place.
