Suggestion: don't use grease...it won't penetrate to where the lubrication =
needs to be. See the article below. Go to a bike shop and talk to the tech.=
 Ask what they use for your type of riding. Failing that, I suggest the Phi=
l Wood Tenacious Oil.

Since you mentioned grease, the Phil Wood grease is a really good conventio=
nal bearing grease.
