With that amount of power dissipation some kind of forced air cooling
might be a good idea.  Certainly the Li-Ion analyser I used to have
(until an "acquaintance" borrowed it and never returned it) used what
appeared to be a PC CPU heatsink/fan assembly.  Since many CPUs
dissipate over 100W this could be a cheap and effective solution.
