I think it has more to do with the iPod / iTunes / Music i= ndustry than the mac or OSX though. The limitation is very easy to get arou= nd, but you of course need an other application to take care of the moving = for you. Sucks.... I don't think I agree that Macs are "just the ticket for people who want th= ings done for them" though. I work both with Windows and OSX, but I can't h= elp feeling that I can do more stuff, and do it more easily on the Mac.
