Waiting up to a week between replies for my e-mails about a problem= =20 with their programmer and then I get similar one or two line responses=20 telling me to do obvious stuff like update software (I did that before I=20 sent the first e-mail, if I'd mentioned it it might have saved a week=20 waiting...)
