Yes, I would really "bug" them.. :-)
It's frustrating indeed - I am having a similar experience with Actel at th=
e=20
moment. Waiting up to a week between replies for my e-mails about a problem=
=20
with their programmer and then I get similar one or two line responses=20
telling me to do obvious stuff like update software (I did that before I=20
sent the first e-mail, if I'd mentioned it it might have saved a week=20
waiting...)
It does nothing for your confidence in a company, I'm considering changing=
=20
FPGAs now even though I actually quite like them and the IDE, I don't want=
=20
to be stuck in the future though when I have really committed myself to=20
their products, if this is an example of their support.=20
