Digikey list a number of evaluation kits and modules - most probably being much wimpier than what you want http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Cat=3D262= 2039&k=3D3%20phase%20motor But I'd expect that working backwards from these may produce results. ST and IR are two prime candidates. Things like this are far far under your spec but some such may be able to be extended with suitable drivers. The controller work having been done - sort of. http://www.st.com/stonline/products/literature/bd/15138/steval-ihm021v= 1.pdf The ST IGBT drive module below (made for motor drive applications but sans controller) is rated at 10A or 19A (depending where you read), 600V and would seem largely to need mode capable IGBTs and a bigger wallet to upgrade it to your spec. Price unknown but it doesn't look cheap. http://www.st.com/stonline/products/families/evaluation_boards/steval-ihm01= 1v1.htm Complete Gerbers, schematics etc available there.
