I thought Russell lived in Auckland, which isn't even on the same island as
Christchurch.  He's in the balmy subtropical north, while the only thing
Christchurch is known for here halfway around the globe is as a jumping off
point for antarctic expeditions (Punta Arenas being the other commonly hear=
d
jumping off point).
