Presumably a computer analyses you conversations and verbally offers special deals at the beginning and end o each call - or maybe eamiles you the latest offers based on what you talk about ? Rather surprisingly (to me) Skype gives me from Skype here to phone "there" for US 2.1 cents to USA landline and cellphone and China landline and cellphone, and from China and Hongkong internet to NZ phones (and elsewhere) at the same rate. Calling on Skype in NZ to a NZ cellphone costs me about 20 cents/minute.
