No need to change the subject line as it's good enough for the purpose
of the current discussion.

2. Please be very aware that this thread is heading for troubled
territory, based on past results.Whether it gets there depends on the
ability of the participants to self regulate and manage the achieved
results in the absence of overbearing regulation. The latter is
available if required - lets not make it so. (Politics or their close
kin are best left for your favourite bar etc).
