If you can make do with two channels and 100MHz bandwidth(maybe the THS730 does 200MHz?) it has isolation on all channels, the RS232 output, the power supply, the voltmeter input, everything is isolated from everything else. And a couple of years ago I wrote a new piece of software for it that has a decent GUI, if you get one I'll send you the software(my website still has the old clunky software but I'm too lazy to update the site).
