Yep.  You didn't say exactly which development board or which PIC you =20
have, and the ICD2 is still reasonably useful, I think.  If you were =20
to say you were planning on using a 16F84, you would certainly get =20
"don't use stuff that old" comments.  But as is, you're just getting =20
pushes toward the 18F series (or newer) over the 16F stuff.
