I didn't see anything on their website that > said yes or no to that. I don't believe the ICD2, ICD3, PicKit2 or PicKit3 work with the CCS IDE or debugger. You might want to send a quick email to support@ccsinfo.com and ask them to be sure. If you decide to use CCS C, the ICD-U64 is a good investment (IMO). They are $75 and provide the same functionality as the ICD3 which is about 2.5x the cost.
